Well, training for the Mount Clemens half marathon is going well. I have now finished two weeks of the twelve week training program that I follow. Cannot wait until the weather stays consistently warm so I can run outside. Running on the treadmill in my basement is not fun, I miss the fresh air and scenery. However, running on the treadmill has really enabled me to focus on Zone Training which should equate to a better race time. I HOPE!
